Ok, I've managed to somewhat get everything working, after running a virus
scan, and it apparently finding nothing, and everything acting up. something
told me to try this, and I have no idea what, but if I press and hold the
escape key for about 2 seconds, everything fixes itself for about a minutte or
so, so I can scroll through stuff, and operate like normal, then everything
goes back to acting up again. I have no idea what could be causing this, and
seems to be doing so much stuff that I don't know what to do searches for to
try to remmody it.
