I'm not purposely trying to be rude, but what makes you think that they
would not give you a refund?
Thanks.
Chris.

Hi all. Well I'm not a really happy camper. This will probably solidify the
points that Sabahattin stated about these voices a few months ago, but
anyway, I'm in contact with a guy from Cereproc named Graham Leary. Since
El Capitan is no longer in beta, I was able to tell him my issues that I've
been having with these voices and asked if there was an update to them. He
said that there was, and since I purchased an upgrade and support for a
voice for a year, I was able to update one of them, Nathan. Anyway I
updated Nathan thinking that the issue would be fixed. Sadly though, it
wasn't, and the voice is still unusable with Voiceover. He'll say his name
when I select him in the speech rotor but that's it. I kinda feel like a
chump now because I wasted 17 pounds 99 which translates into $35 Canadian
thinking that the issue would be fixed. So I told Graham to either fix the
issues or give me my money back. I hope they'll at least fix the issue
because I highly doubt they'll give me a refund. So as Sabahattin stated,
stick to either the Apple voices, Nuance or Acapela, and from my personal
experience, don't buy from a TTS company that makes you buy upgrades to
every voice.
