Hi,
The bug with VO cutting off words in links in Safari is confirmed here. It was 
really bad once during the beta cycles so i reported it to the bug reporter and 
it has gotten gradually better but we’re not all the way there yet. For me, and 
i repeat for me though, it’s not a deal breaker.
Regarding your mail bug, are you by any chance using Gmail as your mail 
provider? I have seen this bug you mention where mail can’t be moved to trash 
but only from Gmail accounts. This happened earlier than ElCap but is still 
present. Is there maybe a communication problem between GMail and the mail 
client?
