First I mean no offense, but you can't possibly expect anyone to offer you a 
price that you likely would feel to be reasonable.  The machine sounds as 
though it has seen some hard use and I can't possibly imagine why you would be 
considering selling something that is covered under Apple Care. You just need 
to make arrangements to get the machine to Apple for repair. THe  keyboard is 
one thing, but now you talk about a charging issue and whether that is the 
adapter or something internal to the machine is hard to say, but that really is 
a limitation/problem. Your Apple Care will cover your machine until December 
2010 if purchased in December 2007.
