Hi Mary, SO what you want to do is enter the phone in to test mode.
First, browse somewhere or open your mail, just make sure you generate some network traffic. Then go to the phone app and dial *3001#12345#* and press send Your phone will enter field test mode. You’ll notice your bars indicator changes to decibels and a whole menu pops up. Select serving cell measurements and look for the ul or dl freq it will be 2.275 or 2.075 or will be 700.x. If you’re not connected using LTE then the menu is a bit different.
