Another option concerning saving attachments is to send them to Dropbox. Dropbox Send To <https://sendtodropbox.com/> is a great way to forward E-mail messages with attachments to Dropbox, so they are in a “relatively” safe location off of a computer. I do this for those attachments that are of importance, then back them up to additional cloud services.
