Hi Anouk,

Try the keystroke control option shift end.  End is the right arrow on  
a laptop keyboard, so if you have a macbook, try control option fn,  
shift right arrow.  You may also want to grow a 6th finger on your  
left hand to ficilitate this.  That keystroke will basicly just jump  
you straight to the bottom of whatever window your are interacting  
with, such as the adium message log.

I seem to remember you are a hardcore braille user, so if you find out  
you use this feature a lot then you might want to set up a key for it  
on your braille display and save you having to reach up for the  
keyboard all the time.
