Here’s the blog post I mentioned https://adium.im/blog/2015/04/adium-1-5-11-beta-2/ <https://adium.im/blog/2015/04/adium-1-5-11-beta-2/> And the relevant part of the text, "Facebook Chat will also stop working <https://developers.facebook.com/docs/apps/changelog> on April 30. We have no plans to continue support.” I guess the reason your adium is still working is that you still have a valid authorisation token. Facebook requires apps to authorise again every month or so, which is probably a security feature. Enjoy your adium while it lasts. :D > On 30 May 2015, at 18:14, sadam ahmed <sadamahmed1...@gmail.com> wrote: > > I can use Adium just fine here. > > Would also be interested to read the blog post that claims support for the > above app is going away. > > When it comes to the Facebook app for the iPhone however they’ve dropped the > ball. > > Safari with the new key combinations is the solution for me now until someone > at Facebook accessibility fixes the iOS app. > > If anyone can suggest a truly more elegant way of accessing Facebook on the > Mac I’d love to hear about it. > > Kind regards, > > Sadam Ahmed > > Certificate IV in International Trade > > Vocational College of Business > > RMIT University > > LinkedIn: > > https://au.linkedin.com/pub/sadam-ahmed/ > <https://au.linkedin.com/pub/sadam-ahmed/> > > https://www.rmit.edu.au/about/our-education/academic-colleges/college-of-business/ > > <https://www.rmit.edu.au/about/our-education/academic-colleges/college-of-business/> > > > Sent using OS X Mail > > > > >> On 30 May 2015, at 10:29 pm, Shawn Krasniuk <bbssh...@icloud.com >> <mailto:bbssh...@icloud.com>> wrote: >> >> Hmmm.
