Hi, iCloud and iTunes only shows movie media purchased from the iTunes Store. iTunes Match will display music on every device connected with your Apple ID iCloud account, but that is not available for movies or TV Shows. If you wish to watch a movie on an iDevice that you’ve ripped from a DVD, you’ll have to transfer it over to that device using iTunes or some other third party software.
