Hi everybody; Here’s my experience for what it’s worth. Last week I was able to watch the first 3 episodes on my AppleTV. I did initially have to sign out and in a couple of times to get it working. When I tried to watch episode 4 today I could not get it to work. I ended up calling Netflix, and they told me that audio description is temporarily broken with regards to AppleTV. I have not tried yet on IOS. > On Apr 20, 2015, at 8:29 PM, Joe Quinn <jdawg1...@gmail.com> wrote: > > to put my thoughts in, i can access it no problem on my iphone, haven't tried > all episodes, but cannot, for the life of me, access it whatsoever on the > apple tv. and yes, i have signed out and back in, to no avail. any ideas? i > can get to the audio menu on the apple tv, but the option for video > description, just doesn't appear! and i know of nothing else that has it to > test it on. > > On Apr 20, 2015, at 9:15 PM, Ray Foret Jr <rforet7...@comcast.net > <mailto:rforet7...@comcast.net>> wrote: > >> Seems to me the issue here is more to do with Silverlight than Netflix. >> From what I seem to recall, Silverlight has always been an issue for us: >> Even during my windows days I could never manipulate it. >> >> >> Sincerely, >> The Constantly Barefooted Ray >> >> Still a happy Mac, Verizon Wireless iPhone 6+ and Apple TV user! >> >> Sent from my Mac, >> the only computer with full accessibility for the blind built-in >> >>> On Apr 20, 2015, at 9:03 PM, Christine Grassman <cgrassman1...@gmail.com >>> <mailto:cgrassman1...@gmail.com>> wrote: >>> >>> >>> I called Netflix Customer Service and the woman I spoke with was very >>> friendly and sympathetic, and essentially said that the only instructions >>> they had was the article I posted earlier.
