Yes. It definitely makes sense. Actually, I have my own web site, and podcast. The podcast however is just getting established, so there really isn't a huge amount of content up there yet as far as that goes. The web site itself however is well established.

There is a link on my web site to subscribe to the podcast, and another link if you want to submit a podcast to me for approval. It doesn't even have to be Apple related, although certainly Apple based podcasts are very very much welcome. It doesn't even have to be from an Access Technology standpoint, although again, anything of such is obviously extremely welcomed.

My web site is:

http://www.clgproductions.net

If you have any further questions about the podcast, or about my site in general, feel free to e-mail me at:

supp...@clgproductions.net

Take care.

Chris.

Hi Chris, that's completely understandable. I wouldn't want anyone to just go out there in the wild and say "Ok I'm gonna do this for the listeners right now." Without any thoughts of a backup plan beforehand. I for one though would be interested in such a podcast and thought it would be handy to post to places such as:

Applevis
Triple Click Home
Mac For The Blind

etc

I'm not asking you to do this, but thought it would be a really grate podcast for those who may want to know, or learn how to perform a clean install with Voiceover but may not understand how to go about it in the correct way.

A sort of beginners guide to learning how to clean install the Mac with Voiceover if you know what I mean.

I hope this makes sense.

Daniel, I already have my mac working really well, so obviously, even though I have a backup image and easily could restore things, I really would rather honestly not format fresh for now, LOL! However, that said, if I ever, God forbid, have to reinstall things, I'd be more than happy to make a podcast of me doing it. I've done it multiple times before due to reasons out of my control, and I can tell you absolutely beyond a doubt that it definitely is incredibly doable.

Subject: A podcast on how to reinstall the Mac operating system

Hi all, I know this isn't exactly a fun topic to discuss but in all my years of using the Mac, with Voiceover, I've never ever come across a podcast demonstrating how someone can independently reinstall OS X from scratch by themselves.

The reason for me saying this is because when the next new release of OS X comes out. I am seriously considering of performing a clean install of that new operating system. Not kidding here but I've done straight updates of this late 2011 Mac Book Pro and don't get me wrong its worked pretty well up to now.

I'm just thinking that a fresh start for this machine may do it wonders.

Has there ever been any podcasts demonstrating how one can actually do this? Obviously for this list, I'm talking from a Voiceover perspective.

Curiously awaiting your answers!

Thanks

Daniel
