Tim and David, Thanks for your suggestions. Pressing space bar on the license check box and then on the install button certainly got me further. I then type in my computer password, press ok, and then the installer just says "installer ready" and there's a close button and a done image, with no area to interact with so no progress bar to check if it's actually installing. I guess I'll just do without flash as I can't figure out how to use this very odd installer. Thanks for your help though. I do appreciate it.
