Hotspot is in Settings > Cellular, but it has nothing to do with braille 
displays. Perhaps the rep thought you were trying to get the apex online 
through the iPhone? In that case, yes, you'd need to enable the Hotspot feature 
and then connect the Apex to the iPhone's wifi network. If that's not what 
you're after, let us know. I think AppleVis has some articles on pairing the 
Apex with iOS devices, and www.braillenoteusers.info might also be worth a 
look. I think I have an old podcast on there, using iOS4.3, but the process is 
pretty similar even today.
