Actually, I think what is going on is a setting that you never think about. If you have single key navigation on for safari, it interferes with the messaging app in the way that you don’t want it too. When it is on, it doesn’t allow you to just start typing to reply to the message, like the other poster said, you will have to do the cursor tracking thing. But if single key navigation is off, then you can read and write freely without having to fool with cursor tracking. I got around this by setting an activity for safari, so this doesn’t mess with my messaging app. Hope this is clear, if not just let me know. Frustrated with your Mac, I-device, or AppleTV?
