I have the standard 5G of storage in iCloud, and see this information as well. Then, just to the right of that, is this area of the screen which seems to act sticky in terms of the cursor, and it makes that very odd noise. I ought to record the noise somehow and attach an MP3 of it. To the right of that, if you can get the cursor there, is the Manage Services button. *shrug* No idea.
