Those albums with no ssmples may be only available from other sellers. I rarely ever buy those.

Oh of course, What I don't get, and this may only be the case with some stuff,

that even when you try to preview their digital music, there doesn't always
seem to be an option, which I find extremely disappointing, considering, that
once again, some of this is stuff I want to get for Hannah, and most of it is
stuff that's not easy to find anymore, so I want to make sure I'm buying the
right album.

Well, I guess in the end I really wasn’t surprised by an inaccessibility of the
Amazon application given its past history. But I wanted to make sure I was not
overlooking something before claiming a product or software inaccessible. My
problem was that the album I wanted was not available on Itunes, and so I tried
Amazon. I found it there. Not only that, if I remember right, if you have
bought music on CD in the past, you can get the mp3 version free of charge or
for a small price. So, these are just instances of when you might want to use
Amazon. And in general, blind customers should have the same access to products
and services as our sighted peers.

I guess it’s no different from emusic, where the accessibility went from sort
of OK, to pretty bad to non-existent. No matter how many blind peopel
complained about not being able to access the download manager, nothing got
done.

I guess if the suggestion about using amazon’s busic downloader to sync music
automatically works, that’s one thing. Otherwise, amazon has only ever done
the amount of accessibility they have been forced to do in the past, and
there’s no reason to expect them to about face now.

It may be one of those cases where you pay your money and take your choice.

Well for the most part I haven’t had any luck downloading from Amazon so I use
iTunes unless it’s not available there.

There’s always the bundle packs they are offering where if you buy the cd, you
get the mp3 download.

I’m very interested to try it though there are alots of other places my money
could go really. As far as their accessible site so called goes, this is the
21st century. New paradigm boys and girls. Amazon should get it right and
stop wasting time.

They have as far as their site is concerned, which I love, but the last couple
times I bought music from them, I couldn't do a thing with the cloud player on
the mac, and only managed 1 time to get their mp3 downloader to work, so I
could burn it to CD, but couldn't get it to work with the last album I bought
from them, no matter how many people I talked to, so that was the last time I
ever bought digital music from them, sense I prefer, if I'm going to buy music,
that it be on CD, in case my harddrive fails.

just an FYI,
Amazon Claims? to have revamped their accessible options on their accessible

I have no idea if it makes a difference with our task, but perhaps? worth

Or something like that smiles.

You need to use not the inaccessible Amazon app but instead install the
alternative Amazon Music Downloader.
Generally in checking out you need to reject the option to use the Amazon app
and select the option which says something like no thanks use the Amazon Music
Downloader.

Hello all,
I have bought an album from Amazon music. I downloaded the amazon app for the
mac, but cannot seem to download the album to my computer, which is a mac with
using Yosemite. Can anyone provide assistance? If I cannot use the Amazon app
on the computer, would it be better to download it to the iphone or ipad using
the Amazon player and then it to my computer?
Thanks.
