Couldn't agree more there; the last album I purchased from them, which I unfortunately was forced to download sense they didn't have it in a hard copy, I couldn't get the thing to download whatsoever, which was a huge disappointment for me, because it was a Christmas CD I bought for Hannah that I had as a child, and looked for for years and finally found, and couldn't get the issue resolved no matter who I talked to. I actually had one fool hang up on me just because I couldn't understand her, so I asked to be transferred to someone else, so when I called back, I told the next person I talked to that I was hung up on, and was even one of the ones who explained about how enaccessible the site was, one issue I've always had with the main site is the page always refreshes on me every few seconds or so, and was amazed to see that at least that was fixed. I agree there's still a long way to go though, especially given the fact that at times their mobile site seems to work better than their app does in terms of reading stuff.
