Hi, are their specific settings that need to be set in Preview prior to reading pdf documents? My file comes up in outline view and I can tab to the table of Contents, highlight a topic and read the first page. I then have to tab to the Next Page Button and then Shift-Tab back to read that page. I'm using a MacBook Pro, and can not activate the Page Down key which I believe is Ctrl-Option FN Key down arrow. Any help appreciated.
