Hi Phil,
Thank you for the explanation. I suspect you are right. Someone accidentally 
sent me the link to the wrong file but I thought I had stopped the installation 
in time before it actually loaded into windows. I did look on the windows to 
see if the TC program was there, but did not see it. Perhaps I should look 
someplace else?
