Your point is taken, and I apologize for messing up. No, I don't
have a serious problem with my Mac, just a serious problem with my
brain. But, in any case, the "and" is not present in the
pronunciations of 4-digit years for my Mac. The 4-digit numbers are
either pronounced as pairs like nineteen seventy-five or as the
actual number as in two thousand fourteen. Not sure why your
installation is acting different.
