The lady states it well, we don't seem to be able to get iOs VO to say long numbers in either of two ways like other screen readers; so is there a possible case to petition for it?
Personally, I'd live with it as-is, I hate phone numbers like seven hundred and twenty eight billion, four hundred and something million,... and so on and on and on! Sometimems better to leave well alone.
