For quick settings changes, you can also use vo-v. Use left/right arrows to move through the items, and up or down to select your preference. Enter will close the window. Remember that these settings are not temporary or specific to the current app, they persist across the entire OS. VO-v is not a local settings change, it is a shortcut to common, global options.
