That list seems to go through fazes where it goes dead for a time then comes back to life. So it could wake back up at some point. Xcode 6 is now available to anyone with a free developer account. Beta 5 has fixed a long standing nasty problem where it would hang if the keyboard focus was moved around a project window when a storyboard file was open. So it's really not bad to work with at all at this time.
