i do have those problems too, i usally turn my bluetooth headphone first before 
opening my computer, that solve my problem,. because if i open my bluetooth 
headphone when my computer is on i have to go to the system preference  then go 
up with the internal speaker then go back to my headphone then a pop up will 
apear saying would you like to revert or use etc
