i havethe same issue, if you want your headset to be primary you need to open 
first your blue tooth headphone before opening your computer. yes, it will go 
go soundflower because in  the system preference its above on your bluetooth 
headphone so if you turn off your headset immediately it will go to the next 
sound output device.
