Hi there 
I like attaching files using Finder. I love it because it's easy. You just 
select the ones you wan, press command c for copy. Come to your message, press 
command v and I usually press the Enter key although I'm not sure it's 
necessary. I have used this method ever since somebody on this list suggested 
it. In fact, I just sent out message with 6 files attached. 
When you do it this way, VO says embedded and then the file name. I think it's 
an image, but don't worry. It works. You can also delete the things if you 
change your mind or want you want to add more files. So there's nothing really 
wrong with the Mac in this area as far as I'm concerned.
