Hi, I've seen this one before even in Mountain lIon. A couple things to try...
* Under the Apple menu, in the Dock choice, either turn hiding on or off depending on its current state. or... * try putting Safari into Full Screen mode and see if things are different. If you are already in Full Screen mode, turn it off and see what happens. Later...
