You can certainly erase your Bootcamp partition, but you can't erase your OS X 
partition while booted into that same OS. You will need to make a bootable 
drive and use that, a process detailed in tons of guides online and made dead 
simple in Mavericks. A bootable drive is handy to have anyway, since you can 
run Disk Utility from it or do other work on your Mac while not booted into OS 
X itself, and you can install Mavericks on as many computers as you want with 
that same drive.

All that said, you may not need to do a clean install at all. Erase the 
Bootcamp partition if you don't need it anymore, but the only reason to do a 
clean install is if odd things are happening on your Mac that permissions 
repairs and other troubleshooting don't fix. Before going through the hassle of 
deleting and then having to restore all your files, apps, and settings, be sure 
you really need to do a clean install.
