I have looked inside the activity monitor before, but how do I find the exact
thing that may be using the iPod?

In the end, I had to manually restore my device, by holding down the menu &
center buttons.

I am currently using the system voice, but this isn't my favorite set up,
because I like to change my system voice from time to time. Lol, then I forget
this, the next time I sync my Nano.
