Hello, my printer has started printing only part of the text we wish to print. I deleted the printer driver and re-installed it. I ran a repair disk etc. I now get a message saying the printer is offline. My sited wife tells me that the printer is not flashing offline as it would normally do. How can I determine if the problem is software or hardware? Thanks as always for any help. Max
