Hi Teresa & all,
Heres the easy way to search in mail.
Mark hotspots for each thing that will be needed to jump to.
IE Message table, the actual search field, and at least one of the things you 
want limit the search to, like from or to or subject.
It gets very fast even before the first coffee! LOL
This way you can just buzz through the weed whacking.
also the delete key gets much use! :)
