Hello again, I'm able to reproduce some of the things you mention here. Vo will eventually go into the page header or footer. There also seems to be some tracking issues between the insertion point and vo. It never works if I just move to a heading with the arrows, but it does if I move vo to a heading or any other style. So that seems to be the answer here.
