If you like hacking around in the terminal, the Sox package in macports will do the job as well. Once installed you just do: 

sox inputfile.mp3 outputfile.ogg
you could even do a shell script to bulk convert some files. Here's one I found on another forum: 

for i in $(ls *.mp3 | sed -e s/\.mp3$//); do sox $i.mp3 $i.ogg; done
Basically it gets a list of all the mp3 files in the directory and strips off the file ending to get just the file name. Then it loops through each of the filenames and converts it from mp3 to ogg.
