I think you might need airfoil in order to do this. My understanding  
is that Mac-OS will only let you choose one output location in iTunes.  
I am pretty sure Rogue Amoeba has a software that lets a Mac act like  
a Airport Express and lets a Mac choose multiple airports for music  
output. Let us know what you find out.
