I went to http://idisk.mac.com/davidw9-Public?view=web
and found the file VoiceOver_Getting_Started_Snow_Leopard.rtf in the list of files. There is a pile of unlabeled images but if you VO right of the file name you'll eventually find the file size (1MB in this case). VO right again and you get an 'image' and then vo right again to find another 'image'. That second image is the download button. From there I did a VO shift space to click on the download button.
