You know, when it comes to FireVox you have the source code so you  
could have added the feature you wanted, shared your work with the  
community and solved your problem all in one action.

Also, Chen, author of FireVox, works at Google and is real nice about  
adding features and other stuff to the plug-in.

I don't know how well FV works on a Mac but Windows and GNU/Linux  
systems are pretty nice.
