I agree with Anna, here.  It's really annoying to have to copy and paste files, 
and then have to go back to the original and delete it.  Cut and paste is much 
more efficient, and I'd sacrifice the danger factor.  It just means you have to 
be a bit more careful.

I thought you could already copy and paste files. I'm not sure I would 
want cut equated to delete since that's a rather dangerous thing to do 
and I might hit cut when I meant copy. At least I do that with text all 
the time and have to undo.
