Simon, my apologies for the delay in replying. I just wanted to say
thank you for this note.

In future, to you and the list, be assured that I'll be very
careful in suggesting list policy changes or directing topics away
from this list very clearly. So there should be no confusion like what
just happened. IPhone discussion is completely welcome here and for
those who'd like a more specific IPHone group, VIPhone is there…

I think this is just a case that we're all a bit on-edge due to the
contention over the IPhone. It's easy for people's emotions to run a
bit high when there's such disagreement happening on one hand, yet
also such elation happening as well…

Good dialoguing in these sorts of situations can really be the key
to helping us communicate much more smoothly.

Thanks again for your note and as always, if you have any concerns,
please don't hesitate to email me privately… (caraqu...@caraquinn.com)

Have a great evening and talk with you soon!…

Smiles,

Cara :)

I would like to apologise to Cara for an unnecessary tone of my e-mail
regarding the creation of the separate discussion group for IPhone. I
need not have expressed my personal preferences in that way. I also
apologise to the listers for their having to read such an exchange on
the list.

With best wishes

Simon
