Hi Maurice, I, too, am a proud (and active) NFB member. That doesn't negate that this article was not a responsible or accurate portrayal. Do I expect every VO review to be full of nothing but glowing praise? Certainly not, but I do expect it to at least be accurate and written by someone who gave the product a fair shake, not from someone who clearly had expectations that it would be the same as something with which he was already familiar and was disappointed that it wasn't. I believe I would very much like to write a rebuttal and submit it to the Monitor.
