Hi John and Cara.

Don't use the VO cursor when writing mails. I've also had this  
problem, but when I only use the tab key and the arrow keys, I never  
have this problem.
This is the same in Text edit. I have had a lot of focus problems, but  
if I only use the arrow keys, it works fine.
