This is not supported. m2e and maven command line require access to quite a few things from Central repository, you need to make these dependencies available from the mirror.

I tried to upload the "maven-resource-plugin" to our repo, without writing dependencies in the pom, but it's not working. Installing an external maven was not working, too. Our repo is having no internet connection.
