Thanks! Using a Mirror seems to work. But now I'm getting this Error if i change something in my Project POM:

I tried to upload the "maven-resource-plugin" to our repo, without writing dependencies in the pom, but it's not working. Installing an external maven was not working, too. Our repo is having no internet connection.
