[M100] Convert .wav to UBPD file

Finally got my Model 100 up and running 100%. Time to have some fun! 
When I picked up my unit, the person who sold it to me included a bunch 
of program cassettes. Unfortunately, some of them don't load. Maybe the 
tapes have had it? I can load others, so I know my equipment is 
functioning properly. I found the .wav files for the tapes I can't load. 
Since I will have a backpack drive in another day or so (according to 
tracking), is there a way to convert them to .ba files and then copy 
those files to the SD card?
