Yes, Linux Libertine is available as both, TeX and OTF (system) font. http://www.ctan.org/pkg/libertine However, native LyX support may be missing. For use as TeX font, set the font-buttons to Default and add \usepackage{libertine} to the LaTeX preamble. (See the Package Documentation for details and options.) Günter
