Mh, I am not able to identify the source of the problem.
Right now only tracked down that generally pagestyle in
stdletter.inc, included by letter.layout, included by
dinbrief.layout - but then overwritten by setting
pagestyle via GUI of LyX or praeamble. How to figure out
page-dependent settings?
I appreciate any help understanding that damn system.
