Sorry, this is an open issue. You have to copy them manually. Please, open a finder window. Choose "Applications" or "Programme" at the left and select the LyX.app Open the package contents with Ctrl-Click and "Show package" or "Paketinhalt zeigen". You'll find the templates (and examples) below Contents/Resources. Copy the templates folder to "Library/Application Support/LyX-2.0" in your home folder or if you want to add your own templates later to "Library/Application Support/LyX-2.0/templates/default".
