I'm trying to submit a manuscript via the Springer web site to one of their journals (Philosophical Studies). Although the web site says they accept many formats, including LaTeX2E and TeX, it won't accept the file that LyX has produced. Any ideas? (I've contacted Springer too but so far have received no response.)
