You can maintain your table in Gnumeric (or the like) and import it dynamically at document compile via the Spreadsheet external material. See [1][2]. Alternatively you could use the 'spreadtab' package as suggested here [3]. You could go with even fancier solutions such as doing your computations in R (via Sweave) and outputting the table in LaTeX.
