Interesting. I originally made my presentation (40-odd pages) in
Latex-Beamer, but recently remade it using Lyx-Beamer. I found the Lyx
version easier once I'd got used to it. The big advantage for me is that
I can continuously monitor the appearance of my slides as I write them.
