It looks like it runs, but gives an empty document. I have converted textbooks of some 600 pages using many cross-references, multiple indexes and bibliographies using the Memoir class. It is seldom perfect, but plenty good enough for publishers (I think mine still uses hot type, but I could be mistaken :-)).
